In our house lately we have noticed that our kids have picked their dogs. It's Hannah and Elsie and Benjamin and Rhynnie, and they rarely ever switch it up. Hannah often carries Elsie on her shoulder like a baby, dresses her up or cuddles her (I should get pictures :)...and most of the time Elsie is a super good sport about it all, only sometimes running for cover. :) As for Benjamin...well, his favorite thing is to wrestle our big dog to the ground, pounce on her, pull on her and he even gave her a hair cut the other day. (Uggh :) So while lessons in respecting and being gentle to the dogs are still taught daily :), it is fun watching our kids love and play with their pups. This is Ben and Rhynn in one of their buddy moments. What a lucky boy to have sweet doggie for a pillow! :)
