Atlanta Adventure

This weekend Jared had his first Pediatric & Family Wellness Seminar at Life University in Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia. Since it was a long weekend and our favorite dog sitter was free, we decided to make it a family trip. We woke the kids up early Saturday morning and Jared drove while the rest of the family finished thier sleep. After waffles at the Waffle House, Hannah, Ben and Debbie headed off to "Imagine It," the Children's Museum in Atlanta. Hannah played with "Moon Sand" (evidently available at Target & we highly recomend it!), painted, enjoyed the water play and a great train table and watched a live musical performance with characters from Alice in Wonderland. Meanwhile, Jared was certified in the Webster Technique (a Prenatal Technique which allows for better fetal positioning, reduces the liklihood of dystocia and generally prepares Mom's body for an easier birth) and learned about birthing and prenatal and infant Chiropractic/Natural Health Care. Sunday morning Jared finished up his Seminar while Debbie and the kids went to church and then we all went up to visit the Temple Sunday afternoon. Monday we visited the Georgia Aquarium (See Hannahs' Trip Log) and headed home. It was great!
