Happy Thanksgiving!
Over Thanksgiving break we took a trip up to North Carolina. We had a wonderful visit with the Smiths and lucky for us the weather was almost as beautiful as Becky & Thad's land. It was a very cozy, relaxing and fun couple of days! We got to help Hannie decorate her brown paper American Indian vest, bake/cook/eat, visit, put out corn for the dear, play horse shoes, enjoy the awesome autum view from their deck and after the kids went to bed one night we played a hilarious game of Trivial Pursuit 90s edition!! :) Thanksgiving morning Jared went for a run through the countryside and then went out hunting with Thad that evening. Hannah & Ben especially enjoyed all the love and cuddles from their Aunt and Uncle. The day after Thanksgiving we drove through/checked out a few nearby cities and on our way home we were able to visit with Judie & Tim for a bit. Hannah had a lot of fun playing with Mickey dog and it was great to see the Laferrieres...we were only sorry we couldn't have stayed longer.

Glad you all had a nice thanksgiving. It's been fun reading up on your family's adventures.
The apron is a nice touch. Kind of reminds me of the hunted turkey you refused to gut, and had to bribe Josh to do it with the promise of a leg and attached tendon (the turkey's).
On your hunting trip were you out for game, or voters for Ron Paul ;)
