We've had several little snow days sprinkled into our winter this year. Never a big one, but lots of little ones that were enough for good fun in the back yard. One day Jared, the kids and our 14 year old neighbor boy built the beginnings of a snow igloo, but mostly the kids have just enjoyed sledding on the little hill at our neighbor's house. This time, after the snow, it iced. So the snow was super slick. The kids would slide down the hill and half way around the building before the sled would stop. : ) So fun! The last couple of times snow days have been Saturdays. We'd wait for it to warm up a bit, bundle everybody up and the kids would head out to enjoy until they were frozen. Then we'd snuggle them together under blankets on the couch for a movie and hot Carob. So sweet to me. : ) Love these little snow days and my little snow angels.
