Ben was one sleepy little boy (he is in the process of letting his naps go and some afternoons he still gets a little tired) on a mission. He just wanted to ride the train...everything else was gravy. :) He was so pleased to have his little train hat to take along. Meanwhile, Hannah loved having her cousins there, especially her dear Kelman. They played "old farmers," husband and wife :), for some of the afternoon. Kelman taught Hannah how to drive the tractor (although she assured me later that she already knew how :) and Hannah "gathered up all [their] animals."
Bishop's Pumpkin Farm is a neat place with lots to do. Jared was bummed out that we missed the pig race, the "NASPIG race" :), so if we're lucky we'll head back over there before the month is out to catch one...and pick up a jug of cider for our annual Fall Party! :)

We loved the hay-ride and visit to the pumpkin patch! It was mine and Jared's favorite part of the day!

Hannah lead us on the hunt for the perfect pumpkin. She was serious and focused in her task. As soon as she saw her pumpkin, she knew it was the one and was very proud of her newly discovered "talent" for choosing a pumpkin. :)

Ben chose one right next to Hannah's. Jared asked Hannah if she wanted a bigger one. She said, "Nope, I'm a little girl and I want one my size." :)
